With the right systems and structure in place, you can hit the ground running and make confident decisions knowing you've positioned yourself to make an impact right away.
Understanding & Orientation (Week 1)
​We begin with a conversation about your business: what you are building, how you plan to make money, and where you want to go. We review your business model, talk through how money will flow in and out, and check to make sure your setup makes sense, including your bank accounts and legal structure. You will get a short summary of where things stand and what needs to be added or improved to build a strong foundation.

Launch Pad

This is a proactive step for proactive business owners. Unwinding mistakes can be extremely costly. This is an opportunity to solidify your foundation early so you're not playing catch up or correcting course later.
Financial Setup (Weeks 2–3)
​Once we understand your structure, we help you set up the key systems. We build a chart of accounts that reflects your actual work, and we set up your bookkeeping in a way that is simple and manageable. We also create a basic budget, talk through owner pay and taxes, and map out a short term cash flow plan so you can see where your money is going and what you need to stay on track. You will receive a personalized setup guide and templates you can keep using going forward.​
Planning & Accountability (Weeks 4–6)
​With the basics in place, we shift into planning. We help you set realistic goals for your first six to twelve months and identify the numbers that need to support them. We check your pricing, revisit your spending, and give you a simple tracking dashboard to monitor progress. We also include a check in session to review your plan and make adjustments. At the end of this phase, you will have a 90 day action plan, clear next steps, and the confidence to move forward with clarity.
